Delivery Notice

Delivery is Ex-Works (Incoterms® 2020) at DavidHugh's nominated facility in England. Risk in the Goods passes to the Buyer on collection.
The Buyer is responsible for loading, carriage, export/import clearance, insurance, taxes, and duties.
If, at the Buyer's request, DavidHugh help arrange delivery, DavidHugh do so as an agent. All carriage and related costs are payable by the Buyer and the Goods travel at Buyer's risk.
